Data Use Policy

1. Principle

Data is used only for the purpose it was collected for, and only as much as needed.

2. Permitted uses

- Fulfilling orders, approvals, deliveries and returns. - Calculating commissions and producing each business's reports about its own data. - Security, fraud prevention and audit logs. - Aggregated, non-identifying statistics to improve the platform.

3. Prohibited uses

- Selling personal data to anyone. - One business viewing another business's data beyond their mutual transactions. - Using store data to target stores with competing offers outside the platform without consent.

4. AI assistant

- Works only within the user's permissions and their business's data. - Never invents prices, approves orders or changes data. - When an external provider is used, the minimum data is sent; administrators can disable the assistant entirely.

5. Reports & exports

Exports are available only to authorized users within their own business, and every export is written to the audit log.
