Does WESAL handle payments?
No. Stores pay suppliers directly. WESAL records collection status and commission payout evidence only.
Who delivers the goods?
The supplier prepares and delivers. WESAL tracks the status, the driver details and the store's confirmation of received quantities.
Can a representative work with several companies?
Yes, as long as each company has issued a valid authorization covering the products and areas.
Can a representative place an order without the store?
No. Orders prepared by representatives reach the supplier only after the store approves that exact version.
How much does it cost?
Stores and representatives start free. Suppliers choose a subscription plan that fits their size.
Is my business data protected?
Each company's data is isolated at the database level, access is permission-based and every sensitive action is logged.
Which languages are supported?
Arabic, English, Urdu and Hindi — for screens, notifications and PDF documents.
