Ratings Policy

1. Who rates whom

- Stores rate suppliers and representatives after an order completes. - Suppliers rate representatives. - Only parties to a real, recorded transaction may rate, one rating per order.

2. Criteria

Quality, punctuality, order accuracy, communication, professionalism.

3. Prohibited content

Abuse, personal information, advertising, paid or reciprocal ratings, and rating a business the rater owns.

4. Replies & reports

The rated party may reply publicly and report a non-compliant rating. Administrators review reports and may hide a non-compliant rating while keeping it in the record.

5. No manipulation

Ratings are never changed for a fee, and genuine negative ratings are not removed.
